To celebrate World Book day last Thursday and to encourage a love for story, the children each produced a potato book character.

Once they had designed and created their character, they each wrote a story about the adventures of that character. In the afternoon, all the children were paired with a child from another class to share their stories. They also took their character with them so that the story could come alive!
