The St John’s vision is for all children to achieve their potential and grow into Global citizens. Alongside this our Christian value of Love promotes selfless service to others putting other before ourselves. We want children to serve others freely without expectation of reward. Our aim is to provide opportunities for the children to contribute to our school community so they develop the skills to contribute to and serve the wider community when they are older.

To allow children to develop their leadership skills and sense of responsibility, we have a range of pupil responsibilities across the school. Each team has a clearly defined role which pupils apply for or are selected for through a democratic vote.
