On Tuesday, Year R had an exciting visit from a local author (who is also a parent of children at St Johns!). Charlotte Anurukem spent time in both Ghana and Madagascar classes, reading her new book: "Oopsy Woopsy Daisy!". The children enjoyed singing along with the songs in the book and thinking about the message of the story; that it is okay to make mistakes and this help us to learn. The children also enjoyed talking about some of their mistakes that they had made. Thank you to Charlotte for taking the time to come in and run such a lovely session!
